 Complimentary Discovery/Consultation Session

I offer a free initial consultation (30–60 minutes) conducted via video call. This is a dedicated time for us to explore the Neurolanguage Coaching® method and discuss your specific language motivations and goals. If we decide to work together, we will outline a roadmap, including a timeframe and preferred learning activities. There is absolutely no obligation to continue after this session, and no charges will be incurred.

I offer distinct session packages tailored to different learning speeds. I will email the pricing. Sessions not utilized within an established timeframe are non-refundable and will expire.

All coaching dates and times will be mutually agreed upon by the Coach and the Client to ensure a consistent and productive learning rhythm.

To secure your sessions, payment for your chosen package must be settled at least one full business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) before our first meeting. I accept payments via PayPal or Venmo. An invoice will be issued upon agreement, followed by a receipt once payment is processed.

Your time and my time are both valuable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours written notice via email.

• Rescheduling: I will do my best to reschedule cancelled sessions within the same calendar month, subject to availability.
• Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate.
• Punctuality: If a client arrives late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to remain fair to subsequent students.

In the rare event that I must cancel a session, I will provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Emergency/Illness: If an emergency or illness occurs and I must cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, I will notify you as soon as possible. In these cases, we will either reschedule at your earliest convenience or I will provide a full refund for that specific session.
• Punctuality: If I am late for a session, I will either extend the session or make up the lost time at a date that works for you.

I am committed to maintaining a safe and private coaching environment. All personal information and discussions shared during our sessions will remain strictly confidential.

All resources, documents, and materials provided during our time together are for educational and didactic purposes only. These materials are intended solely for the client's personal learning journey.
